Squat, Think, Repeat


I’ve been lifting weights for five years. It’s become an essential part of my life. Besides lifting, I enjoy other activities too, especially running and Pilates.

Favorite lift: Squat
Running: I do it for the endorphins and fresh air, not the podium.
Pilates: My weekly dose of elegance, core control, and mindfulness.
Fun fact: I won national gold medals in speed skating; "in elementary school" ;)
